can help Navigate the changes happening in your body via a Holistic
Approach, by Reframing the Lens as you view those changes during the 3
prime cycles - Puberty, Pre/Post Natal and Menopause.
2. Exercise for the Prevention and Management of Type 2 Diabetes: Both
Men and Women and infact kids in today’s lifestyle are having Type 2
Diabetes. As a Coach I will help you prevent and manage that via
Exercising and healthy eating habits.
3. Exercise During and After Pregnancy: A Woman’s body will change more
in 9 months than a man’s will in his entire lifetime. As a coach I will
help Navigate that path as woman’s identity shifts to a mother with
hormones raging through her body.
4. Fitness Nutrition: With the fast paced world we live in Nutrition
plays a key role in maintaining a healthy ailment free body apart from
being active . As a coach I can guide you in this aspect.
